Safety is our First Priority
Eagle North America operates in strict compliance with our Corporate Health and Environmental Safety Program which meets, and often exceeds, all applicable Federal State, and Local regulations, such as OSHA, MSHA, EPA, and DOT. A critical element in our compliance with this program, as well as our operational success as an environmental services contractor, is the training and certification of each employee.

Training and Certification
Eagle North America employees are trained and certified prior to beginning work at a customer's job site. Documentation of each employee's training, certifications, and medical screenings are available for review upon arrival at our client's work site. These can include the following:

  • New Employee Orientation and Training
  • Health and Environmental Safety Program Training
  • Site Specific Health and Environmental Safety Plan Training
  • Equipment Operator Training & Qualifications
  • Initial Drug Screening and Random Drug Screening
  • 40 Hour OSHA (Hazardous Material) and Annual Refresher Training
  • 24 Hour MSHA New Miner and Annual Refresher Training
  • OSHA Site Supervisor Training (as applicable)
  • Site Safety Officer Training/Certification (as applicable)
  • First Aid/CPR Training
  • Respirator Training and Fitness Tests
  • Confined Space Entry Training and Certification

In addition, we work with each client to develop site-specific training and procedures that will ensure a safe, productive environment for all workers. We believe that training and safety are essential ingredients for producing high quality work on schedule.
