Eagle North America maintains an extensive inventory of specialty pumping equipment. We have successfully completed many challenging projects, including pumping an extremely corrosive sludge produced by a refinery in Canada. The material was so corrosive that it dissolved 316 stainless steel.

Eagle North America met this challenge by forming an alliance with the nation's largest dredge manufacturer and our Canadian client. After determining material compatibility, a custom dredge and pump were manufactured using special alloys and coatings. The dredge itself was remotely controlled for safety reasons due to the hazardous nature of the material being pumped.

Piping
Eagle North America has gained substantial experience in fusing and installing HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) piping. We have the capability to butt fuse 4" to 20" outside diameter HDPE pipe. We use heat fused piping on nearly all of our projects. Using heat fusion techniques ensures a strong, leak proof pipeline. Also, installation is quick and efficient.


Eagle North America has fused pipelines up to 5 miles in length. Recently we fused and buried a dual 10 inch pipeline 13,000 feet. We have fused HDPE piping across rivers, over lakes, and through woodlands. For most of our dredging projects, we furnish the pipe, fuse it on site, and remove it upon completion of the project. In some cases, our clients elect to have Eagle North America install a permanent pipeline for their use. We own a variety of pipe fusion stations and wagons that are state of the art.
